Last minute offers? Not with us! We offer only early bookers the best price! This flexible model rewards those, who book as early as possible. Our prices depend on the different room categories and on the current room occupancy.

For a stay of minimum 7 days with arrival on Monday, Sunday or Thursday we offer you a special price.

• The prices given are per person including half-board in a double room
• Prices for occupancy of double rooms by one guest available on request
• Children’s reductions apply when the child is accommodated in the parents’ room occupied by 2 adults paying the full price
• If a double room is occupied by only one adult and a child, the child will be charged the adult price
• If a guest does not avail himself of the half-board option on one occasion, an amount of €12.- per person will be refunded
• The 4-day tiered prices cannot be aggregated with other tiered prices

• there may be minor differences between accommodation offered in the same category with regard to floor plan, furnishing and interior décor
• all our rooms, as well as the entire hotel interior, is a no-smoking area
• we strive to fulfil your wishes with regard to accommodation, we cannot guarantee that wishes will be fulfilled in their entirety
• our apartments are rented on a weekly basis only from saturday to saturday
• Check-In from 15.00hrs, Check-out until 11.00hrs
• if you have booked accommodation per night only, you can book daily breakfast for € 24.00 a day and also our dinner menu for € 42.00

Child prices are valid in the room with the parents and two full pay adults.

• If you have booked accommodation per night only, you are also welcome to book the breakfast buffet (€24.-) and an evening meal (€42 / 48.-) in the hotel on convenient days
• We deliberately do not offer full board with a view to ensuring that the uniquely beautiful landscape of our area can be maintained for the benefit of us all by the Alpine farmers and local enterprises

Due to the current situation, we react flexibly

Cancellation policy: 

• In the event of a cancellation within the cancellation period, we charge 50%, in the event of a “no-show” or early departure we charge 100% of the period booked (*regardless of secondary booking).

Your dog is very welcome in our house. In order to enable a harmonious atmosphere between dog owner and guests without dogs, we kindly ask you to note following:

• Dogs are only allowed on request
• For your dog we charge 30,00 € per day without food
• Please have understanding dogs are only in the main building in designated rooms allowed
• Throughout the restaurant, pool & SPA, the fitness area and the entire garden dogs are not allowed
• Your dog should be used to be alone and calm in the room
• In the bar area and on our terrace you can take your four-legged companion on a leash with you
• Your dog will find next to the hotel wooded area where he can get the outlet he needs. Please use dog waste bags, you can find them on the left side to the entrance of the hotel.
• If there is any cleaning required at your departure day we have to charge an additional cleaning price
