In choosing our suppliers, we pay attention not only to top quality but also to sustainability and short delivery channels. We know our local farmers and producers personally and are able to influence cultivation as well as how animals are kept and fed. The respectful handling of foodstuffs and the careful treatment of resources is for us a matter of course. In addition, we produce as much as possible ourselves.
