A card for all occasions... the Bolzano Bozen Card ensures that you can benefit from free travel on all public transports in South Tyrol, a few select cable cars and entrance to the most visited attractions in Bolzano/Bozen and the area in and surrounding the Tschögglberg, all at a special price. Park your car and take advantage of the freedom to discover Jenesien, Bolzano and South Tyrol in a totally carefree manner.
The BozenCard is included in the room price and is valid from the check-in date until the date of departure. The card must be validated each time you take the public transport.
The mountain village of Jenesien has good connections to the local public transport and is quickly and is easily accessible by bus and cable car year-round.
Cable Car – located in a high plateau like the Salten and part of the public transport system, these lifts take you in just a few minutes from the city up to the mountains. You can travel here via cable car, as the mountain station is just a short walk from the Belvedere Hotel, and reach Bolzano/Bozen in just 8 minutes from Jenesien. The cable car begins its route every half an hour and operates from 8:30 a.m. Until 12:00 noon and again from 3 p.m. Until 6:30 p.m.
Bus – our lively town on the Salten is, due to its proximity to the capital city of Bolzano, very well connected to public transport. At the bus terminal in the Perathonerstraße street in Bolzano you can find tickets for the no. 156 bus to Jenesien. The village can be reached in about 25 minutes.
Train – discover South Tyrol with the new Venosta Valley train, with its panoramic views. It is one of Europe’s most modern regional rail systems and takes you directly from Bolzano train station to Mals in Venosta Valley. Passionate cyclists can also take advantage of the bike-mobile offer of the Venosta Valley train.
