Every evening we serve a carefully composed five-course menu that blends alpine tradition with contemporary cuisine. Many ingredients come from our “Jenesien Local” project – from farms around the village. Fresh, seasonal products form the basis of our dishes: from refined starters to flavorful intermediate courses and elegant main courses.
VEGETABLES, HERBS & FLAVORS – REIMAGINED
Vegetarian creations are also an integral part of our cuisine. Vegetables from Jenesien, herbs from our garden, and high-quality products from regional producers open up ever-new worlds of flavor. Many dishes are enhanced with our own cold-pressed olive oil from our olive grove in Liguria – a small culinary signature of our kitchen. This creates enjoyment that remains authentic while being interpreted in a modern way.
