Hotel Belvedere is committed to making its website and mobile applications accessible in accordance with the national legislation implementing Directive (EU) 2016/2102 on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies, as well as the requirements of the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882).
The legal basis in Italy includes, in particular, Law No. 4 of January 9, 2004 (commonly known as the "Stanca Law") and Legislative Decree No. 82/2022, which transposes the European Accessibility Act and becomes mandatory for large parts of the private sector from 28 June 2025.

3. Non-accessible Content

Despite our efforts, it is currently not possible to provide certain content in a fully accessible manner. This includes, in particular:

• Older PDF documents, office files, and videos published before the deadlines outlined in Directive (EU) 2016/2102. These documents and media may contain inadequate structuring, missing alternative texts, or lack accessible features such as subtitles or audio descriptions.
• Complex or older content that cannot be quickly adapted due to technical or resource limitations.
• Low colour contrast: An insufficient contrast between text and background impairs readability—especially for people with visual impairments. Under the WCAG guidelines the contrast ratio should be at least 4.5 : 1(or 3 : 1 for large-scale text). When text is placed on images, you must also provide an adequate background behind the text. Transparency, filters, or gradients are not considered when calculating the contrast ratio
