Savor an exclusive 5-course gourmet menu, crafted by our chef Christian Reiterer and his team, as the lights of Bolzano sparkle and the Dolomites glow in the evening sky. Perfect for anyone seeking a little extra privacy and togetherness on their couples holiday in Italy.
Available from June to August for €260 per couple (drinks excluded).
In case of bad weather, the dinner will be served indoors.

A morning in the Sky Pavillon means breakfast with a unique panorama and complete privacy.
Your table will be elegantly set and we will serve you a tiered stand with fine delicacies – everything else you can choose at your leisure from the generous buffet.
Price: € 120 for two people (each additional person € 60).
Exclusivity: the Sky Pavillon is reserved for your breakfast for 2 hours.

The Sky Pavillon on our lounge terrace rises above Bolzano and offers the perfect setting for unforgettable moments and deep emotions for two – from a marriage proposal to a stylish fine dining experience. In case of bad weather, we will relocate your marriage proposal at no extra cost to the elegant indoor area by the infinity pool.
The rental fee for the pavilion is € 90 and it is available exclusively to hotel guests. It can only be booked in combination with at least one of our additional options:
- Romantic decoration for a marriage proposal (candles, petals, etc.) from € 50
- Flower bouquet – individually arranged, from € 75
- Prosecco (e.g. Gaudium Extra Dry DOC) from € 32
- Champagne (e.g. Carte Blanche Brut) from € 74

A special highlight for meat lovers: our chef will serve you a freshly ordered Tomahawk steak, prepared to your preferred doneness (rare, medium, or well done).
- Price for half-board guests: € 130 for two people in the restaurant, € 210 for two people in the Sky Pavilion
- Start: 7:00 pm
- Reservation: at least 3 days in advance (as the steak is ordered exclusively for you)
- N.B.: not available on Mondays
