Where experiences turn into memories

The Fondazione Antonio Dalle Nogare in Bolzano welcomes visitors every Saturday with free admission. Set inside striking architecture, the foundation presents contemporary art exhibitions featuring international artists and changing installations. Visitors can also join the free guided tour at 11 AM without prior booking. A calm and inspiring place for anyone interested in art, culture and unique spaces.

At the historic Schmid Oberrautner Winery in Bolzano, visitors can join wine tastings and cellar tours every Friday. In a unique and traditional setting, guests discover selected South Tyrolean wines while learning more about the family winery’s long history and local wine culture. A relaxed experience for anyone looking to enjoy wine and authentic regional atmosphere.

From 16 October to 6 November, concerts take place in Bolzano and along the South Tyrolean Wine Road. Performers include the Haydn Orchestra and O/Modernt. Each evening ends with a glass of South Tyrolean wine.

Törggelen in San Genesio is all about regional food and South Tyrolean tradition. Local farm taverns serve seasonal dishes with sauerkraut, chestnuts and local specialities, accompanied by young wine. The autumn landscape around San Genesio provides the perfect setting for this traditional time of year.

From October to December 2026, Candlelight concerts regularly take place at Maretsch Castle in Bolzano. The historic venue hosts classical music and interpretations of well-known songs, from Vivaldi’s “Four Seasons” to the music of Coldplay. Thousands of candles create the distinctive atmosphere of the concert series.

On 17 October 2026, the traditional Soltnobtrieb takes place in San Genesio. Decorated animals return from the alpine pastures together with the local farmers. Music, regional specialities and a traditional celebration offer a glimpse into rural life and customs on the Tschögglberg.
