SUSPENSION BRIDGE AND ADVENTURE TRAIL MARLOCH

At the end of May 2025, the time had finally come and the suspension bridge and the Marterloch adventure trail were officially opened. With a length of 272 metres and a height of 130 metres, it is the longest and highest suspension bridge in South Tyrol - a true masterpiece of engineering and a new highlight in our region. Along the path to the bridge, both from Afing and from Bundschen, information boards invite you to linger, providing fascinating details about the history of the area, the construction and the water pipeline. In fact, we have been receiving numerous enquiries about this for several months now.

The tourism association organises a shuttle service every Wednesday at 11:00am and 3:00pm, which takes anyone interested to the vicinity of the bridge (from there it's just a 10-minutes walk).Important: It is necessary to book within 4:00pm the day before.
