Together with selected farms from San Genesio, we have launched a pilot project that directly connects agriculture and hospitality. The products come from farms around San Genesio and the Salten plateau – short distances, fair prices, and genuine origin right on our doorstep.
AWHERE REGIONALITY MEETS TRUST
Our products do not simply come “from the region.” They come from here. From farms around San Genesio, from meadows, fields and alpine pastures on the Salten plateau – only a few minutes from Belvedere. From producers we know personally. Instead of anonymous supply chains, direct partnerships are created. This ensures transparency, trust, and a quality that does not need to be transported from far away, because it grows right here.
HAND IN HAND WITH LOCAL PRODUCERS
Our partners include, among others, Noaferhof (wines and chestnuts), the Guggenbräu brewery in Afing, Frontschhof and Malgorerhof (vegetables), Rohner (fruit juices), Haflingerhof (grain varieties), Wieser beekeeping, Platzes Hofladen (meat and cured meats), as well as Kirchsteighof (eggs). Short distances, fair prices and reliable purchasing strengthen local farming in the village – and bring authentic products from San Genesio directly to the plate.
